Kyle Petty’s 14th annual charity motorcycle ride to benefit Victory Junction Gang Camp and other charities for children started at the Grand Traverse Resort & Spa in Acme, Michigan (pictured). The Randleman, North Carolina camp established by Petty serves children ages 7-15 that have serious health problems at no cost to the families. Plans for a second Victory Junction Gang Camp in Wyandotte County, Kansas have been announced.
The Kyle Petty Charity Ride includes about 250 motorcycles and stars such as Richard Petty, Matt Kenseth, Harry Gant, football great Herschel Walker, supermodel Niki Taylor and more.
- Sunday July 13 – Acme, MI to St. Ignace, MI to Gladstone, MI to Frances Creek, WI to Elkhart Lake, WI
- Monday July 14 – Elkhart Lake, WI via Milwaukee (H-D Museum) to Lombard, IL
- Tuesday July 15 – Lombard, IL to Merrillville, IN to Indianapolis, IN to Aurora, IN to Versailles, KY to Lexington, KY
- Wednesday July 16 – Lexington, KY to Grayson, KY to Beckley, WV to White Sulfur Springs, WV
- Thursday July 17 – White Sulphur Springs, WV to Richcreek, VA to King, NC to Randleman, NC (Victory Junction Gang Camp) to Trinity, NC to Kannapolis, NC to Charlotte, NC
- Friday July 18- Charlotte, NC to Duncan, SC to Lawrenceville, GA via Atlanta to Peachtree City, GA
- Saturday July 19 – Peachtree City, GA to Dublin, GA to Pooler, GA to Savannah, GA
